Bagaimana tanggung jawab operator ketika sambungan tlpn terputus tiba2

Pernahkah anda ketika baru menelpon sesaat lewat hp , br sj nyambung langsung drop.

Parahnya dulu ketika masih byk operator mau tlp saja sangat susah , tarif dibanting tp tak bisa dipakai tulalit tulalit, bayangkan bila ada yg sangat urgent.
Refering Dlm indeks kpi  telco ini disebut call setup succes ratio, tingkat keberhasilan dlm menelpon.

Kembali ditopik plng atas, drop call sebenarnya juga sangat merugikan kedua belah pihak,  dr operator tdk bisa mendapatkan argo byk, krn keburu drop, customer complaint dan yg paling parah customers churn, pelanggan beralih ke operator lain.

Keep in mind customer,
Dlm Itilv3 , definisi service adlh memberikan value, 

sisi producer, memberikan sesuatu dgn standar requirement , memenuhi spefikasi dan level quality yg hrs dipenuhi.

Sisi konsumen, fitness for use,
apapun dr sisi teknis, tak akan peduli, ketika sdh mengeluarkan utk pulsa, harus ada timbal balik, yaitu harus dpt dgn mudah dipakai.

Ketika drop call, sungguh suatu hal yg merugikan, pulsa terpotong, tapi pesan komunikasi blm tersampaikan sempurna, efek lanjutnya bisa terjadi salah paham antara penelpon dan yg ditlpn.

Network tuning , optimization sering dilakukan operator, drive test, performance network record  adalah utk memastikan qualitas ada dlm batas yg bisa diterima, drop call bisa terjadi krn beberapa hal,

Signal strength, kuat lemah nya signal.

Direction Antenna bts yg tdk tepat pada traffic atau link budget yg dibawah standard.

Noise ,intra:  bisa karena pemilihan freq tdk tepat utk 2g, atau scrambling code utk umts, atau

Inter:
interf krn gangguan luar, radio liar, komunikasi data antar kantor dgn memakai freq illegal atau lain2.

Capacity congest,
Kapasitas yg sudah penuh, timeslot atau chanel element.

Ada byk investasi yg perlu dilakukan , sejalannya revenue akan mengalir bila kepuasan pelanggan diutamakan,

Dijmn abad 21 dimn komunikasi suara bisa diatas data, dijaman operator hrs berinovasi dgn ttp kualitas sbg utama.

Apakah penalty bisa diterapkan , utk menunjukkan customer adlh penting selain obyek hy utk target.?

Penalty to telco company to call drop.

Impact of call drop penalty will be only 0.4% of telcos’ revenue: SC

The Attorney General noted that telcos make Rs 250 crore per day from calls, while penalty for call drops will only take away a small percentage of it.

Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi has defended the proposed penalty on telecom companies for call drops, ANI said.

Telcos have been opposing a proposed move to be penalised for call drops. The issue has been under contention for quite some time now.

However, Rohatgi said in the SC on Thursday, “Service providers don’t care about money loss to subscribers due to call drops.”

Defending the penalty on telcos, the SC said that “telecom companies have not been making any investment on their network” to improve services and curb the issue of call drops.

He also noted that “four-five service providers are running a cartel of a billion subscribers.”

“These telcos make about Rs 250 crore a day from calls, while the impact of call drop penalty will be just 0.4% of the telcos’ revenue,” he said.
